We’ve Been Named to Great Place to Work Institute’s 2019 Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness List!

We’re proud to announce that we’ve been named to Great Place to Work Institute’s 2019 Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness List! This accomplishment follows our naming to Great Place to Work®’s 2019 Best Workplaces™ for Women and for Inclusion Lists, as well as our ranking as 14th on the Best Workplaces™ in Canada List (in the category of companies with 100–999 employees)! We received these recognitions in the face of great competition, and each one was a result of a thorough and independent analysis run by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

Our eligibility for the Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness List was based on our Great Place to Work™ certification in 2019, as well as confirmation from at least 80% of our staff that our work environment is a psychologically and emotionally healthy one. Those companies that made the Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness List scored the highest on the Mental Wellness Index, determined by employees’ input, as well as the range and quality of programs offered to promote mental wellness.
