Over the past 15 years, Leslie Lorenco has been a devoted channel advocate with a passion for galvanizing both internal and external partners to drive successful outcomes. She spent the early parts of her career in traditional infrastructure technology firms such as EMC, Enterasys Networks (now Extreme) and Sophos, where she learned the mechanics, strategy and importance of the partner ecosystem as part of the supply chain before venturing into the world of DevSecOps. Upon joining Puppet, she helped rebuild their channel programs from the ground up by launching a new program, enablement tooling and partner portal which led to over a 600% increase in Partner Led business within 18 months.
Today, Leslie is leading partner strategy at Security Compass as their VP, Global Channel Sales. With her tenacity and unique perspective on channel strategy, Security Compass is looking to embrace a Channel First mindset as we grow and scale with our partners in the future.
